what about the "free rider" problem?

What about it?

LMAO...  :laughing6:

You mean the guy who proposes that all productive people owe "economic rent" to the bums, is actually worried about "free riders"? ???

;D

the landowners aren't productive because nothing is "produced" from their labor in the creation of economic rent...they are not creating value they are capturing the value produced by those they exclude.

they are the bums and parasites.

Role of government in our lives should be:  none.

This doesn't belong here, but, I am inspired for some reason.

One of the seldom mentioned advantages of a private property, personal rights, governmentless, system is that any group who thinks their system of society is the best one can 'put their money where their mouth is ', try to inlist other true believers, and buy a bunch of land and practice whatever brand of utopia they aspire to.
You would have to either co-opt or convince people that live there now to sell, or, figure out a way to put up with holdouts, but, if you practiced socialism, communism, democracy, dictatorship, in a continous area of people that agreed with it, you would be legitimate.
You might have to deal with areas run by a different system, to get stuff you can't produce, but, today we have trade between countries run under different systems. Conflicts would arise, but, they wouln't be institutionalized as they are now.
