Christopher King

This is an add-on to the story about the prosecutor being investigated for improprieties as noted below.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/09/kingcast-video-podcast-defeats-chief.html

Here's the opening paragraph on the blawg:

Jaffrey, NH -- Embattled Civil Rights leader Christopher King has used the power of his KingCast video podcast website and other media to effectively shut down a misguided state prosecution against him for attempted felony extortion and contempt of court........

Well well well, whaddya' know?

This ties in with an older story I posted here:

http://forum.soulawakenings.com/index.php?topic=4951.0

The very same prosecutor I've been railing on for impropriety in office resigned pursuant to an investigation regarding his alleged.... impropriety in office!!!

That dovetails rather nicely with my assertion that the case against me was as unprincipled as his alleged actions in the workplace, which according to the Keene Sentinel and Concord Monitor include:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/09/kingcast-and-concord-monitor-reveal.html

".....Albrecht displaying intimidating behavior with certain employees, breaking into tirades, belittling employees and asking employees to use county equipment and time to drum up support for his campaign...among other things."

So funny that they want to say that Chief Dunn (who resigned after an investigation) and Bill Albrecht's unprofessionalism has nothing to do with my case -- in other words, "yeah, King everything else they do is unprofessional but when it comes to you, it's All Good."

Well it isn't All Good, and I will sue that bastard for prosecutorial misconduct for (among other things) slapping a beat-down charge of contempt of court against me to gain an unfair advantage on trial day -- then not even arraigning me on it --- thereby proving his motive. Thank goodness the new prosecutor dismissed that charge.

Now all he needs to do is drop the other ones and we all walk away. If not the taxpayers will be paying for litigation for years to come, and all for what?

To put me in my place so that I know I shouldn't have the chutzpah to write a Demand Letter to the police regarding the police abuse occasioned by Willie Toney?

Thanks!

However, the AG's office is in on the game:

I'm going to lay low and get my bank right again.

Peace be unto you, and I will keep in touch and keep watching the issues on this board, even if a little less so right now. I've got a life to rebuild :)
