Don't ever listen to a non-lawyer give you pullover advice.  Like the kid on youtube found out the hard way, police have a constitutional right to defend themselves from one fingered salutes by beating you with his baton.  Yessir its there, and I'll even hire Mr. Badnarik to find it...one of these days.

Not really.  I thought it up while driving to the 'not actually a barn' rasing and Roger and I created it during a break from the hardpartying work on the 'not actually a barn' raising.  So, no valuable time was wasted.
