Interesting, the only time I don't eat is when I am sick, I just sleep alot. I know I am better when I get hungry. Two years ago I had the Flu, I did not eat for 4 days. I lost 15 pounds .

There's no better way to do it.  8)

Humans are the only animals that do not fast when sick or injured.

I ended the fast last night.  I can't fast for a year.  Don't know if I got it in the press...The Day didn't put it in, but channel 8 might have.  Lost 20 lbs.
