It's clear the solution is to abolish concealed carry permits.
Careful -- the gun totin' folk around here get touchy when you improperly refer to the concealed carry license as a "permit".

Now, before anyone gets to debating with me -- I care about the 2nd amendment, enough to fight for it, but I don't claim to be too familiar with the nuances. All I know is, call it a "permit" and you get corrected. I sure did.

It's asking permission.  Call it what you want.

I guess I was looking for the executive summary.   :P

Right from the horse's webpage:

http://lneilsmith.org/atlanta.html

Every man, woman, and responsible child has an unalienable individual, civil, Constitutional, and human right to obtain, own, and carry, openly or concealed, any weapon -- rifle, shotgun, handgun, machinegun, anything -- any time, any place, without asking anyone's permission.

Fluff and Stuff

This just in, Manchester ranked 24th safest metro out of the 344 that were looked at.  Rockingham County is ranked 15th safest metro.

Where I live? #2  Where I grow up? #9  Kevin's favorite city (Little Rock)? #13/16  The major metro in NV (the state Varrin said we in the FSP should vote for)? #4  The most dangerous places near the Free State? Trenton and Newark NJ and Albany NY

NH seems to be part of the northern New England (and to some extend New England) Safety Zone.

You mean to repeal RSA 159-4 http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/XII/159/159-4.htm right?  I wouldn't want to abolish the issuance of licences, only the requirement that you get one to legally carry concealed.  I would like to continue getting them for reciprocity purposes until all states abolish any requirements to get licenses or permits.
