How concealed are the marijuana smokings at porcfest?

At past porcfests I did not notice a lot of marijuana smoking. I do know there was some smoking but it was kept on the down low because of the rules that the campground had set.

Depends on where the bill happens to be at the moment. Bills originating in the House (HB-n) work their way through the House, and if passed, they go to the Senate. They still keep the "HB" designator, though. Reverse the procedure for Senate Bills (SB-n).
