I really liked the way Jim handled naming the Liberty School...putting up a poll then giving it X number of days, etc...then picking from the top 5 vote getters.  We should do this kind of thing again next time there is a decision to be made, tho presumably with some tweaking.  No constructive improvements come to mind at the moment.
