I found this video on you tube it is of a government bureaucrat violating no trespassing and "protecting the public"

Too bad there's no news link, or a way to find the outcome.

A quick google told me that "Julie W." might be Julie (or Julia) Brown Wickard, of the Office of the Commissioner of Agriculture (State of Indiana). She seems to have some involvement with septic system enforcement.

Couldn't find much more than that, though.

Does NH offer any protection of property from such inspections?

That video makes my blood boil. In that situation I most likely would have SHOT THEM BOTH if they didn't back off and wouldn't care if I end up dead at the hands of the pigs. That is my line in the sand!! The govgoons will not enter my property without a warrant!! Better to die free than live as a compliant little slave in a police state. I was once dragged out of my own living room and arrested for the crime of entering my own home; I have flashbacks and nightmares about it to this day. to any pigs reading this: FUCK YOU PIG

She said her name was Julie Wolfe.  Laporte county, IN.

I believe she's listed on this page.   http://www.laportecountybeaches.com/program/staff.html

I've looked and haven't found anything on the case, though this guy surely has a lawsuit pending...
