Denise and I have a 5-bedroom/2-bath house in Northwood.  We do not need that much space at present, so one or two of the bedrooms are available to rent.

The house is a 2000-square-foot antique (1850's) farm house on three acres of land, with easy access to Rt 4, 107, 202, and 9 (Northwood is a major intersection).  Concord, Manchester, Portsmouth, Durham, Rochester, and Dover are all within easy commuting distance.  There is an attached barn/garage with plenty of storage space.  Pictures and words really don't do it justice.

More information is available, and we're planning a major furniture move and party for the 29th, so anyone interested in renting could take the opportunity to see it in person.

We can discuss rates, and the rate may be negotiable in exchange for help around the house, as Denise is currently pregnant and could use a helping hand.

How much are you thinking about renting these rooms out for? I'm looking for a room to live in when I move to NH. I'm not sure when I'll be moving there, since my situation is a bit complicated. My husband is a Finnish member of the FSP so we're trying to apply for a spouse visa right now and depending on where I find a job (whether in NH or in my hometown) I may wait for him to get here to move.
Could the rooms also be rented out to both of us?
We'll probably only need it until we find an apartment.

Do you know aproximtely when you would be looking to move in, and how long you expect to stay?

Do you mean renting both rooms, or one room for two people?  Either is okay; just trying to clarify what you meant.

Depends. I've applied today for a job in NH and if I get that job, I'll move there before I start working. If I don't get that job and get one in my hometown, I'll stay here longer, at least until my husband gets his visa.
It's unfortunate that I can't be more specific, but I just got back in the country and I'm trying to piece everything together. Basically, assume I won't be moving to NH unless I have work lined up. My financial situation doesn't allow that.

Just one room for two people. If we do this option, we'll probably stay just until we have a chance to look at the NH housing market on ground, get our bearings and find a place of our own to live (roughly a month or so).

In anycase, I should certainly know in 3 weeks if there's any chance of me moving to NH soon...

Bringing this back up...

We still have a room or two available, as well as the cabin in Danbury.

We're hoping to find some liberty-minded individuals, but if not, we'll have to just post them in Craigslist and such...

I had to mapquest to find you.  Unfortunately you are too far from Keene, my hopeful destination.  Although anyone heading to manchester, or concord will find this useful.  Be movin' in January.

I should be up in NH for a few days after Xmas, looking around.  If you still have a room available then, maybe I could rent for a few days?  (I'd rather my money go to PORCs instead of a motel)

At that point, the issue might be more that we have family visiting, but if we have space available, we're willing to have the occasional Porc as a houseguest...
