If we conduct ourselves as sovereign men and women instead of representing ourselves as "persons", it seems that you may frustrate the STATE in their efforts to control you.

Lauren and Russell seem to have gotten the STATE to demonstrate this.

Near the end of the above link, it states:

"If the judge is stupid enough to actually follow through with his threats and send you to jail, you will soon be released without even being arraigned and all charges will be dropped. You will then have documented prima facie grounds for false arrest and false imprisonment charges against him personally."

There seems to be much to be learned concerning the STATE's deceptions against free men and women.

"you will soon be released without even being arraigned and all charges will be dropped."

I disagree. The state will not release you... all charges will NOT be dropped. This is a nice theory, but it has NEVER been done successfully. There is no magic bullet that will make the state unlace it's jackboots.

You could try and prove me wrong though.

A few times, in a few places, the state's backed down, but in those cases it was because it was convenient for the state to do so.

I'm afraid it's going to take more than obscure Latin phrases to win back our liberty.

I've got a lot of guns.  Does that help?

No.  They have lots of gun too.  And lots of manpower.  And lots of money to buy more of both.
I also do not believe in trying to use careful legal maneuvering to try to push the state back.  Primarily because gov't individuals do what they do, because they want to.  They believe they have something to be gained by oppressing you and I.  The constitution, the 'highest law of the land', is routinely violated by the pols and their enforcers the police.  The only time the constitution is mentioned, is when one group is using it against the other, and then it is promptly discarded when it is no longer helpful.
There is no easy solution to liberty and property rights.   :'(
