Have a group of men and women assemble peaceably.  Have one person actually smoke a big fat smelly cigar.  Have another smoke an herbal cigarette.  Have another "smoke" a dry-ice pipe.  Have another pretend to smoke an empty pipe or rolling paper.  Have another obnoxiously chew dip and flamboyantly spit into a large, clear vessel for public display.

See who the cops arrest, who has charges brought against them, and if anything at all sticks.

Have a full media circus of men and women , not persons, record everything that they possibly can for later evidence or website publication.

A sample set of one is meaningless.  Offer them a shotgun-full of situations to deal with, and see what they can't do anything about.  That's how we'll learn, and that's how we'll win. 

It would be interesting to double the experiment and run them identically except that one group acts like normal persons who get caught doing something "wrong" by the cops, and the other assumes the Sovereignty of Men and Women, and refuses to acknowledge Citizenship, Residency, Person status, or the Juris Diction of the the "Law Enforcement Officer." 

I may be beginning to see why many "illegal aliens" involved in traffic violations are never arrested and convicted in court.  They don't claim Residency, Citizenship, or Personhood, and so the Juris Diction of the debtor-creditor Court of the State doesn't apply.
