The issue of censorship has been blown out of proportion, in fact the need to deal with a loose cannon is what has gone on here.

Kat and the rest of the people that contribute here have been very tolerant and only acted after the person refused to control their own behavior.

Any business or residence is completely within their right to expect a certain level of behavior. When you ask a guest to be cool and they continue to show their ass you ask them to leave. When they refuse to leave, you remove them.

Some of the threats are listed here... by all means not a comprehensive list. When Russell asked him to leave he started to refer to Russell as his enemy. The real sin is hubris and arrogance, because a reasonable person would have calmed the behavior.
