Wal-mart creates electronic database w/ sporting licenses

I hate to say it, but I'm afraid of the man.  That is why, like the coward I am, I lined up at my local Wal-Mart Supercenter, and stood in line for my fishing license.  But now that I did, I'm glad that I discovered something new. 

Wal-Mart is the only retailer that creates the document electronically over the internet.  You could do this yourself from home, with your home computer, but I wouldn't recommend that.  The point is, the state of NH is generating a list of sporting individuals, many of whom have what?  Guns.  So, if you are so inclined to buy a license, do it somewhere that it isn't as easily tracked.
