I figured I'd start a thread for people looking for a place to stay in this area since I'm in need of that right now. Then others can continue to use this thread.

I'm currently in the market for a room or maybe even an apt so this is just a request for people to give me a heads up if they see anything. I'm using Craigslist ( http://nh.craigslist.org/ ) which is nice but it would be even better if I could find a porcupine roommate or landlord. I think I'd prefer Merrimack or Nashua, but staying open-minded about Manchester also. I came up with just what would fit in a VW beetle so furnished is nice if it's possible. Otherwise, I can probably take care of the basics with 2nd-hand stuph and Walmart. Definately need it to have a fridge though. Do rentals around here usually have a fridge?

Does Alec have a room now?

I think someone's already claimed the one which would be available next week. But you can ask him!

I have a $600/month room available here in Little Minnesota in Deerfield. We're on a pond and have a borrowed boat. Must be OK with dogs.

FYI, I was the guy at MVP that had the Ron Paul Silver Liberties.

$600 room in Nashua, utilities included.

I've found a room now but I thought someone might be interested in one of the ones I looked at and almost took. It's a retired lady who has turned the upstairs of her house into a space for 2 borders. One bedroom is turned into a sitting area with a TV and a small kitchenette that the two borders share and the upstairs bath is for the borders. Laundry is available in the basement.

I really liked her which is why I want to help her find someone. When we sat down to discuss expectations about living there, she said some things that made her sound very Libertarian in attitude. She was also pretty friendly regarding the FSP. She had heard about it and I elaborted some and she really seemed comfortable with the idea of an porcupine renter.

Email her here if you're interested:
