I know it's NYC and all... but he'd probably be more effective if he wasn't such an obnoxious dick.

Good on him for taking the initiative and making the videos, though.

No No No, that is SOP for a NYer, after the "lady" called him an asshole
then all bets are off.
If you are polite after that, you have to be run out of town and be forced
to live in Minnesota were people are nice.

He ought to just chain their damn car to the fire hydrant and then video them when they come out. 

Maybe spraypaint a stencil of a traffic ticket on their windshield for good measure.
