This video gets me every time... reminds me of my best friend's mom, who was more like a mother to me than anybody related by blood.

This woman hugged everybody.  Where most of us would extend a handshake, she gave a hug.  It was her 'nice to meet you,' her 'hello,' and her 'goodbye' (even when she was working as a FedEx delivery driver).

If we only had more people like her and Juan around...
