I get most of my music from Bull Moose Music in Portsmouth, NH.  They have an amazing selection of music . . . one of the top 5 record stores I've ever been in.  Are you looking for vinyl?  If so, I don't know how big their selection is.

Not Manchester - but there is Pitchfork Records in Concord.

+1 for Bull Moose Music in Portsmouth. One of the best record shops I've been in. Plenty of vinyl. I bought a couple of 7" when I was there.

As a bonus I'm pretty sure they're gun-friendly too: When I walked into the store one of the times I went there, one employee who had just come in was talking to the other guy about how he'd done at the range earlier.
