Honestly Jack, please take care of yourself! You're too young for this!  :'(

The bacon goes in your mouth, not your arteries! ;D Maybe if they poke and monitor you the right way, you won't have any more "cardiac events."

just pain due to too much bacon in my arteries. :)

Jack's delirious. He said "too much bacon", and everyone knows there's no such thing!

"Too much bacon"... That's rich!

Get well soon, Jack.

so he had his daughter bring him some of his 9/11 research materials to keep him occupied

I don't think that's going to help with his stress test!

Hope you're OK Jack. I went thru the same thing about 6 years ago. Sort of an expensive vacation for me. ;D

I hope to see you soon, Jack. Stop by the Taproom this Tuesday if you're up to it; I haven't seen you there in a while.

Dr. orders is for a glass of red wine per day. Luckily paid for by my health insurance company to lower my cholesterol. Can I use my healthcare debit card at Murphy's?

Insurgent

I just got word from Jack that he's been liberated about an hour or so ago--passed his stress test with flying colors  :)
Now come the bills  :-\

jaqeboy

What's Keith got for red wine selections? I'm hoping maybe I can get a couple on Tuesday.

Yeah, got released Sunday afternoon - now, I'm officially a druggie. Feel better than ever, though!

Do you think if I submit the cost for a round of red wines at Murphy's via my health debit card my insurance company would pay for it?

Lloyd Danforth

I did the drugs for a while until I got tired of paying for the bloodwork. I just take an asperin every day, now.

Aspirin protects against a blood clot type of heart attack but staten drugs lower chloresterol, which is more likely genetic rather than diet related, which prevent coronary heart disease (narrowing of the arteries) which can also led to a heart attack (which was Jack's case).
