Could/would someone please provide (here) the audio from Thursday's Free Talk Live show re. the check-point-stop with the fellow who knows his rights (and the calm questions he knows to ask) when stopped?

I would love to be able to share this audio with various folks who do not - yet - know their rights.
Teaching folks is not easy.  But that audio portion (with Ian's and Mark's FTL coments) was illustrious.

The archived Free Talk Live radio show from August 23rd is available at:

I've also posted audio related to an earlier checkpoint I was involved with. At this earlier checkpoint, I was actually dragged out of my vehicle and arrested for failing to show ID. I fought the charges in court and had them dismissed with prejudice. I then turned around and sued the cops about a week later. That civil rights lawsuit is still ongoing five years after the initial stop and should reach the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals later this year.

The link below is to two interviews conducted by my defense attorney on the arresting detective and the on-scene commander at the first roadblock. These interviews are available in audio format and transcribed html:

The following links are to two radio interviews I did related to this first roadblock several years ago:

We have one of those damned checkpoints in Vermont now. Just knowing it's there pisses me off.
