That is not easy .... see Iraq :'(

Had arraignment last week , then i got a letter a couple days ago stating a probable cause hearing is scheduled for 11/9 .
Then this morning i get a call from my lawyer stating the felony is dropped they're just trying to figure out if they should throw the whole thing out or try to make me pay some fine and try to get me to take a plea for something else like wreckless conduct . Which i claimed that it was far from wreckless conduct. but for now i will play the game.Like the major leagues.I was so close to having my felonies expunged and i hate to settle for anything less. If i plead guilty to anything i will not be eligible for anullment for another 3 years .
that is not right.

UPDATE:
my lawyer has informed me that the prosecutor wont drop the felon in poss. of firearm, and i will not plead guilty. There is a law that says if the gun was safer in my hands than hers than i did the right thing by taking it out of her car  and placing it in my safe after she spoke of killing me than herself.
I was thinking that if this needs to go to court it would be fun to bring a black robed group of 12 of my peers.
my lawyer says im looking at 3 1/2 - 7 years so far ive paid him $2500  for him to tell me that and make me an offer of wreckless conduct. I wasn't the one drunk and i wasn't the one doing the threatening except for threatening to end the relationship.
Cindy has agreed to go on the stand and tell the truth about the whole stupid situation where she invoved the cops by dialing 911  and i wil no longer be near her if she is near a phone or alcohol she has not drank now for 6 weeks it is the worst addiction and i can forgive but i will never forget and pms is a shitty excuse.

That's some rotten ass crap.   >:(

There is just no end to the Government kicking a guy when he's down.
It makes it all the worse when he shouldn't have been put down in the first place.

I wonder if that prosecutor was born in Connecticut?
How is that son of a whore anyway?

Oh, you used salty language.  Now you're the new anti-christ.

Jim Johnson

I would just like to say that my proantichrist postion may be heaven sent and should not in anyway be confused with or construed to be my position on the whole antiprochrist thing.
The following is a denial of all the bad or evil things that people have said, are saying or may probally say about me, my position or anything else.

Nope.

That sucks.

Hope that she will say it is her gun.

Even if she does claim it, if he knew where it was and it wasn't locked away, they can still pursue him for "constructive possession".

QuoteSuch bullshit that convicted felonys automatically loose their right to own a gun. Especially when the "crime" has nothing to do with violence.

Yes it is.

Geesh!  Where do they come up with all of these names for supposed crimes?  Constructive possession? :-\

firecracker joe

seems like they'll be happy if they can convict me of something -anything just to get atleast some cash out of my pocket to line their pockets ya know cops don't wreck our lives for free. i'm still looking for 12 of my peers.

Kat Kanning

I'd be your peer  :D

Actually I got called for jury duty.  It was where I used to live though, not NH.   :-\  I'd do it for the opportunity to let some poor smoe go.

firecracker joe

if i have to go through this circus court i just thought it would be fun to have twelve people in black robes in the front seats who refuse to stand for the judge  and who will judge me fairly. I think i might fire my lawyer he really hasn't done shit.

David

Maybe I missed it, but when and where will your court date be?  If I have notice and a ride I will be happy to at least give you moral support in the courtroom.  I'm afraid there is not much I can do to really help you beyond that.   :-\  This is rotten luck.

firecracker joe

hey david
my arraingment in superior court was 4/16 in which my lawyer just put in a plea of not guilty and hads requested a speedy trial  i still think they will throw it out but you never know with the system i will post when i find out more for now i am in limbo but might fire my lawyer and fuck with the system. I will keep you posted.
