I talked to my lawyer this morning and he says the prosecutor is good with the fact that i will have a new felony and that i just cant get my record exponged for anothe 6 years I rolled the dice and lost i can live with that deal however i dont go for sentencing til next month so anything can happen but i hope  no jail time will tell

my jury was well informed i think too informed for a bunch of old blue hairs and  2 old men far from being my peers  the system works for the people who work inside the system

    GUILTY Im wondering if those fucking jurors were in the same room i was in cause the states only 2 witnesses were aboth state police and both agreed the gun was safer in my hands than drunk psycho and the fact that il callled 911  just goes to show you never know that jury of my peers all blue haired old ladys

  iguess this is the price i had to pay, my ex told  me she would put me in prison, i always seem to get the short end of the stick. the weird thing is when on bail they usually dont want you to leave state and they know i have been driving all over the US and on pr bail which i am still on. the system is messed up but i am just glad that there are no mandatory minimums for my charge but i know that anything to do with weapons especially being a felon however the prosecutor does realize that if i hadnt taken control of that gun she could have shot me, or the leos or herself i believe that is why they are suggesting no jail time but the judge can do anything he wants especially since i took it all the way to trial instead of taking the plea bargain of wreckless conduct a midemeanor  with no time. my life is in their hands and that sucks

Can't people take off to Mexico anymore if they're out on bail?   I'm just wondering, not suggesting that's what you would choose to do.

I had a friend of mine that was out on bail for murder, (long story, maybe different time), anyways he took off to Mexico.   He eventually came back, I forget why but I wonder if he could have stayed there.

Fucking Insane!  You're self employed, you're not any kind of criminal! 

If you get a chance to say anything before sentencing, you might want to explain about your traveling job and how you are more valuable as a working taxpayer than a guest of the state.

well loydd i think that is why jail has not been mentioned and usuallyy the judge will do what the prosecutor and defendants lawyer have agreed upon which in my case so far is 6 years still alfelon since i was so close to expongement . but i know anything can happen im packed anyways,Mexico sounds nice but i dont have the words or the contacts . They know that i have been working i the road for the last year and noone has said word one as long as i make my court dates. If they give me a choice between jail and probation i might prefer jail. Time will tell My lawyer said he would give me ample notice if i were to be sentenced to proson or jail and he has not done that fo unless the jack booted thugs put a bug in the right or wrong person ear ill be home wed. afternoon.
