  WOO HOO  its over i ended up with 6 months in jail suspended for 2 years no fine or probation which is what i feared most. prosecutor wanted 1.5-3 in prison suspended for 5 years plus 1 year probation  i never would have made it. So its back to my life the last 1.5 a bad dream

pisses me off that a piece of shit mutt felon like myself gets off a class b felony with a slap on the wrist and a sweet dicaplined ballsy lady like lauren get the shaft when the fact is they gave me my sentence cause i played their game and lauren got the max cause she refuses to play their game i guess if the most i could get was 30 days i might have done things different but the fact is my max was 3 years in the state pen a bit different than 30 days in a cage . I have more respect for Lauren that myself

Well it isn't a bad outcome, although it is not the outcome we would have wanted for you.

No fine or probation is huge... P.O.'s live to bust balls, and those unannounced visits are a P.I.T.A.

Keep your nose clean for 2 years, any violation gets you a surrender hearing and carted off to do the time.

I appreciate all the kind words and i feel like i dodged a bullet and for now on i will be more careful on picking my psycho girlfriends who swear they will put me behind bars if they dont get their way

maybe i made her psycho cause i did not think she was psycho when we met 20 years ago and yes i realize not all females are psycho and  actually i believe it was the alcohol that made her that way sober she is very nice but as time went on the sober times were less and less even when i locked my alcohol in my (gun) safe. If i had bought an alcohol safe i might of avoided this whole situation

Well seeing that alcoholism is a progressive disease I know that things must have been going downhill for a while if you were together 20 years. Maybe someday she will find a 12 step program that works for her and make amends to you.
