REPORTS TO:   Paul Belliveau, Corp Production & New Media Director

LOCATION:  Dublin, NH & Boston, MA

POSITION AVAILABLE:  Immediately

POSITION SUMMARY: Use Web technologies to conceive of and implement cutting edge online initiatives for YPI brands. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining online metrics that support revenue generation; developing marketing plans and advertising proposals, selling products online; and working on-site with marketing and editorial teams in both Boston, MA and Dublin, NH office locations.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or equivalent; 2-4 years demonstrated online audience development plus relevant experience in web ad sales. A thorough understanding of Web trends and metrics is required; experience in search-engine optimization and or online retail marketing. Must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and creative skills and an ability to manage multiple projects; Must be customer focused, internal and external as well as resourceful and self-motivated. Software: Expert knowledge – Microsoft Office Suite, Web Analytics Programs (Google Analytics preferred). Excellent working knowledge: Web Based Retail Software (shopping cart, inventory maintenance, shopping); Ad Serving System (DART preferred). Weekly travel to multiple office locations required.  May require occasional night and weekend work to meet deadlines; occasional travel to conferences.
