By semi-popular demand, I am having a little shindig to break in my new(ish) pad.  Be warned that it is in transition; ongoing interior projects are not conducive to an organized living space.  That's my excuse for the time being, anyway.

The doors open at 7:00 on Saturday, September 22nd, at 26 Mead, in fabulous ManchVegas.  Refreshments will be on hand.  Smoking encouraged but not mandatory.  Sorry, no dogs allowed.  No gifts, either.  That goes double for gifts of dogs.

Does this mean that cats are welcome?  :icon_cat:

I looked a gift dog in the mouth once.

I'll be there, with my smoking jacket, and leave the cat at home. I'll bring my scraper so that we can dispatch that wallpaper!  :)

Friday

Booth: What kind of beer to you like to drink, neighbor?
Beaumont: Heineken.
Booth: Heineken? Bleep that bleep! Pabst Blue Ribbon!

What are "cat clothes"?

It's rockabilly-speak for 'get ready for a good time'.  Cats being hepcats (guys) or kittens (chicks).

Thanks to all who came out!  It was pretty hoppin'.
