gnarly accident on I-93 at Exit 7 yesterday

I had the eery experience of watching a truck soar through the air and wind up upside down, presumably with the occupant(s) mushed inside, yesterday on I-93 at Exit 7 at around 2:45PM.  I've been checking every local news site I can think of to find out what was the cause and result of this, but haven't found anything.  If anybody saw something online or on local news, please let me know.

Once I was behind someone who sailed through a guardrail to their death in a creek below. The woman swerved for a dog who trotted off to the side. I was directly behind her. Could have been a pile up with me in it. Could have hit the dog and saved her life. I was so shook up that when I got to work I left my lights on and ran the battery down.
