Looks like the TV station had it pulled for copyright infringement since they have the video on their own site.

It was rather amazing to see the chairman acting as a petty tyrant and bully, ignoring the law and ordinances.

From what I understand, it's a case of the shoe being on the other foot. Snyder has his own reputation as a tyrant and bully.

And the cop was still wrong.
