Only rumor at this point, but damn...I went to see Serenity seven(yeah, that's 7) times, doing my bit to help make it successful. The first time was opening night, about thirty people singing the show's theme song and the ballad of Jayne prior to the movie, followed by a standing ovation at the end by the whole theater, even the people who didn't join our singalong

If anyone watches Serenity and likes it, then you definitely should check out the one-season television series the movie, uh, was based on or something like that, named Firefly. The series was a huge treat, with every single episode packed with action, drama, humor, and good stories.

It can be found relatively inexpensively on amazon.com - I bought the DVD set after downloading the first couple episodes off an eeeevil Internet pierat site.
