I actually submitted the digg entry this time right away and placed the counter button with the cartoon but there is a buggy behavior that makes it display a new separate digg counter if you visit the page by clicking "see the rest of this entry" instead of clicking the title. The URL is every so slightly different in that case and digg treats it as a separate entry.

BTW, the site has been updated again. I changed themes altogether and made some further tweaks. I'm starting to get a handle on this PHP/Wordpress crap. There are still a few bugs which I'm aware of and will get too very soon.

Screw that horsecrap about gold-backed dollars. Go back to college and take a basic economics course. Anything is only worth what people are willing to say it's worth, whether it's paper currency, gold, home mortgages, dot com stocks, or Dutch tulips. You're deluded if you think that the precious metals market isn't at least as screwed up as any commodities, stock, or currency market.

UPDATE: The settings default to requiring invitations or that people request an invitation and get approval. I've changed that so you can join automatically- no wait. If you got discouraged on your first try, that's been fixed. Sorry.
