For selling food and plants at Earth Wares in Canaan (Western Hobbiton) ... it will be nice to have an easy name to refer to the farm. :)
It will also be good to have a simple name for party purposes. I hate longwinded descriptive names that have to turn into acronyms.

There is not one tree I can remember, but we could make one of them the special tree.
