It was such a contrast... on the mountain before dawn... then in Manhattan stuck in traffic at 10 am...

When we first came up to look at the property... riding beside the river, we said "boy this is nice, we could live here." Then when we turned onto our road and saw the brook we said "I don't care what the house looks like, we're buying it."

Today that same spot was a roaring rapids.
