I noticed one mention of this guy by Joe Haas, but nothing else.  Is this a cause we want to get behind?  Perhaps a protest in front of the Concord Psych ward where he is being drugged and held.  I don't know much about the story, other than an article in News and Views, but it seems like this guy is getting screwed by NH LEOs and getting the legal runaround.  Here's the link to http://www.newswithviews.com/iserbyt/iserbyt38.htm the story and part of the article:

"On October 21, Billy Miller was arrested by the Farmington, NH Police Dept. on charges of a misdemeanor.  He was unlawfully held at the Strafford County Correctional Facility, Dover, NH in the "booking department" for seventeen days. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. NO ONE MAY BE HELD FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS!

Bail condition was set at $20,000 cash ONLY, excessive, and held in a state of peonage which is strictly prohibited by the Constitution. He was drugged from the first day (documented), restrained, denied visitation, held in solitare with lights illuminated 24 hours, denied his right to file a Writ of Habeas Corps.

Billy was competent and coherent during his mother's first two visits with him. Thereafter, it was obvious by her son's physical appearance and frame of mind that he was under the control of some kind of substance. On her last permitted visit, Friday, November 2nd his skin was red as a lobster and his facial skin was red and blue. His mother has been, since then, denied visitation and the reason for denial of visits by the guards is that her son is mentally incompetent and needs medical attention. If that being the case, he should be in a hospital, NOT IN JAIL!

On November 7, 2007 Billy's mother filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus in Superior Court and somewhere between November 7th and 8th, as the judge denied the Habeas Corpus, her son was moved to the State Mental Hospital, New Hampshire (Live Free or Die!) This was supposed to be an order from the judge for 10 days' observation. Instead, Billy was held there for 13 days where the drugging continued. Questions about the medication went unanswered and requests to see the doctor were ignored.

On November 20, 2007, much to her horror, his mother learned that her son had been moved to the State Prison psychiatric ward in Concord."

Anyone wanna tackle this one?

Farmington man charged with threatening town officials
October 25, 2007

FARMINGTON, N.H. --A local man is facing misdemeanor charges after police say he threatened to kill the town police chief, the town administrator and other town employees.

William Miller, 41, is being held on $20,000 bail.

Farmington Police Chief Scott Roberge said Miller told people at the town hall last week that he would like to "cap" Roberge and other town officials. Miller was arrested on Saturday.

Miller once made audio podcasts in support of convicted tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown of Plainsfield, who were arrested earlier this month after a long standoff.

In other Web postings, Miller wrote that he is against all government agencies and that he believed New Hampshire is a Nazi state.

Miller sounds far too violent for me to get behind, although the (predictable) violations of his individual rights by the thugs are certainly inexcusable.

he was an early ed brown supporter who had a falling out with ed

according to a post there he was banned from the quest for fair trial blog for the content of his audio blogs, none of which I heard, at least not the controversial ones.  I did here one where he seemed angry and called it multijuristictional persecution.

he was also accused, credibly I thought, of harrassing an ed brown supporter...although again it is an accusation rather than something I"ve seen first hand.

of course he could be completely getting his rights chewed up.

Also he was very supportive in terms of going to demonstrations and supportive of my civil disobedience stuff, always concerned and appreciative.     I tried to get in touch with him to see how he was doing and what's going on but his number wouldn't go thru.

Not someone that should be ignored or forgotten, but not someone who should be unquestioningly supported.

Should I be surprised that yet another Ed Brown supporter has had nebulous charges leveled against him?

Another reason why we should be mindful of our public words and actions. If there is any vulnerability, it most likely will be exploited by opponents.
