Try giving it 2 full days to reset.  Apparantly, it's set to allow one vote every 24 hours, not per day.  So one cannot vote at 10pm on Mon, then vote at 1am on Tue.  Maybe if you try to vote within 24 hours it resets?  I wish I knew for sure.

I don't think that is what is happening in my case (always at least 24 between), but will record my vote times just to be sure, and Ill let you know.
