What is your favorite dinner/ foods

Shushi I could eat a lot of. There are so many variations of the stuff. It's too damned expensive tough.

Red Apple in Concord is likely the least expensive way to get sushi in a restaurant.  All you can eat.  I can eat a lot of sushi when it's on those terms...

Of course, it's not particularly impressive sushi, but it's not too bad.

Most cost-effective method is to invest in a sushi knife and rolling mat, and make it yourself (I almost said "roll your own," but thought better of it after looking at the crowd here...).

Pizza, though most of the Pizza in NH, is not very good.

You silly Yorkers. 

NY,aka Brooklyn, style is one of my least favorite. Crust is too thin, sauce is typically too bland and/or watery, and the cheese is more salty than a geriatric pirate. 

I would be more than happy to critique the local varieties of pizza though.

I figured BBQ was a given; Is there anyone who doesn't like at least one style of BBQ?   
I have not tasted any that I didn't like; though, that's not saying much considering.

Don't care much for raw fish; but california rolls are great; and yes, I prefer to roll my own.

Mmmmmmm, that sounds good! But no greens!?

I would prolly add some sprouts, a little minced garlic, a tiny bit of shaved onion and a few pinches of black pepper, ( or a "few" dashes of hot sauce.  )

Thai Food - Especially Pad Ped (spicy stir fry), Som Tum (green papya salad w peanuts), and Khao Neeo Mamuang (Sweet Sticky rice with fresh mango)

Indian Food - Na'an (flat bread), Samosas (stuffed potato pastry), Tandoori Chicken (spicy chicken marinated in yogurt and cooked in a high temp earthen oven), Mango Lassi (yogurt drink)

I don't cook though. But I can eat.

I like puri better than naan. Samosas rock! Palak Paneer is the only way to eat spinach! Kofta Curry! Papadums are cool - I love how they expand when you cook them.
