Baby changing table

We're doing some cleaning, and found a changing table we were given.  It is actually a "topper" that sits over an existing table (eg, a bureau/dresser), converting it into a changing table.  It was home-made by someone, and looks to be pretty sturdy - needs a coat of paint, though.

With the Porcupine babies that keep arriving, someone may have a use for this...
