Can anyone tell me the name of this movie?

It's a documentary where these guys have set up some spoof website.  It's taken seriously and they're invited to a news interview on the subject winding up defending the position they're making fun of in an outrageous manner.  They afterward get invited to speak a conference where they made it so extreme that they were making fun of corporations:  they made this costume with a huge inflatable phallus that they exposed at the end of the speech - and they wound up being taken seriously.  They later do this speech on recycling hamburgers:  toilet -> burger -> toilet. 

Anyone know the name of the movie?

i saw that ,what a riot
