In the 90's there was a tribute group called Abba Teens later renamed to A*Teens.

I'm going to hell for this, but I like ABBA too.

I saw that play they did from ABBA songs...it was really fun :)  Mama Mia

I'm sorry, I'm forced to move this thread to the Peppiness area of the forum.

But, How will I find it again?

...or did you live it and it seemed like a novel?   :inspect:

Ok, here we go:

I like instrumental trance/techno music a lot. As a result, I also like the game Dance Dance Revolution.
Pro wrestling (WWE)
I played Dungeons & Dragons (and also Magic: the Gathering) when I was a little younger.
I help my younger cousin with strategy on Pokemon.

dysurian

I don't like ABBA one bit, but I make up for it for also not liking Barry Manilow  :P

What I do like:

The amazing extent to which technology has exponentially improved my life in just the past 2 decades.
The Nickelodeon kids' show "Yo Gabba Gabba." It's trip city, but great programming.
Playing my guitar after a nasty day at work.
The persistent curiosity of children.
The persistent curiosity of the few adults who remain persistently curious beyond childhood.
My kitty cat, Soren Kierkegaard.
Pretty much all kitty cats.
Soren Kierkegaard, the philosopher.

That's an incomplete list, but a good start  ;)

Here ya go.

I love ...........

when I have a good hair day :D

Me too, though I find they are fewer and farther in between these days. ;D

I also like ABBA, especially the song "Fernando".
I was going to post this to the My Favorite Songs thread, but I see I'd just be singing to the Swedish choir.   ;D

Love thing confessions:

I love ABBA and Barry Manilow and the movie "Foul Play"
This video makes me homesick as hell.   :'(
I've picked up a strange man by the side of the highway... actually, an entire strange rock band by the side of the highway.   :hippy2:

edit: guess it would help if I posted the video  :duh:

While we're playing true confessions, I should probably mention that I love Julie Andrews, too!   :love1:

I'll spare you the YouTube clip; I understand that some of them violate the Geneva Convention.  But trust me, there are some doozies on YouTube.   ;)
