Russell asked for some over the counter asthma medicine.  He couldn't buy it himself.  You have to have government papers just to buy this stuff.

There are at most major drugstores Primitene mist or generics of the same thing.  I usually see them in the same place with the allergy products.  There is also primitene tablets.  I cannot account for how effective they are, because I have not used them. 
Asthma is a sister to allergies, so any antihistimine may help.  I take two, one each a day.  Loratadine, sold as claritan and as generics, was suggested by an asthma specialist to me.  I also take a single pill of diphenhydromine hydrocloride/hci.  This will make you drowsy, so best taken at night.  They help.
