I don't get the point either, Pat, but,  at least its not an argument about 911 or to vote or not ;D

Beth221

kola

the good videos have half-naked chicks, fire, explosions and booze in them.

Kola ;D

Lloyd Danforth

Yeah!  And sometimes no fires, explosions and booze!

Beth221

I dunno about best, but it's certainly near the top...

I just do not care for those types of movies. I think they are all "mind pollution". They desensitize us in regards to killing and bloodshed and they provoke the wrong types of thinking. IMO, they are especailly damaging to young children. I wish they would make more good old fashioned movies that teach people how to be good and honest and have valuable lessons for children to learn and grow from.

peace and love,
Kola

btw.. a few naked chicks and fire and explosions are still ok. HEY? naked is a natural.

Lloyd Danforth

Definitely not for children.   People like a good suspense flick.  Rear Window is a good suspense flick, but, not lurid like many made today.

A disciplined mind cannot become polluted.  It cannot be desensitized by artificial imagery.  And it cannot be provoked into any sort of thinking (wrong or right) except by rational interaction...
