Gee, I would have thought that label would have been placed on the feds who arrested everyone, but maybe I'm 'old fashioned'.
Folks, she has nothing but a note pad and a pulpit.  The feds undoubtable spoonfed her as much bull as they could, and were likely much more respectful.  I'm not asking anyone to kiss butt, but don't villify her as something she is not.   ::)

I'd say there's only a 20 percent chance i'll be there but am hopefully uploading a story about it soon to get the word out and maybe boost attendence.   I also could use pics of bob wolfe and jason gerhardt

jury has been seated and opening arguments start monday. according to danny in a phone message to his brother tonight. the government's case is expected to take a week to present then the defense goes. im only telling this so people can plan to be there when they want. some people want to try to be there for verdict only others for defenses cases, etc... they are planning on a 2 to 3 week trial. danny says that they did jury selection en-mass i.e. asking eveyone in the room questions and having them stand up. then eliminating them. he said when they asked who doesnt like the irs the whole court started laughing.....

Thanks for info, Keith.  I won't break my neck trying to get there on Monday then, since I can go other days.

i may go tues since i can attend the real id circus same day same town.   can anyone give me a sense when court starts each day?

OferNave

I, too, would like more details.  The address is in the first post, but a schedule would be helpful.  What time does it start and end each day?  Is there a particular time that everyone is going to try to show up at for a show of force?  I'm not a lawyer, so my showing up only benefits a coordinate effort requiring warm bodies.

Dave Ridley

thanks ofer....see the calendar for today march 25 for protest

When I went to the fed court on Monday they wouldn't let me in.  First they wanted a picture ID, preferably a driver's license.  I showed them a credit card with my picture.  They wrote down the info on a notebook and asked for my birthday and address. I said I'd keep those to myself.  The security guy called the sherriff's office.  Marshall DiMartino came out and told me I couldn't attend the trial because I was a sequestered witness.  Later Reno's lawyer came out on a smoke break and said he'd send me some paperwork soon.

I told the security guys about the REAL ID beef between the state and the fed, how people with NH drivers licenses wouldn't be allowed in federal buildings  You mean keeping out people without NH drivers licenses? he asked. No, the ones with NH DLs.  Isn't that going to rule out a lot of people? he said.  Just about everyone, I said.

Today Jim and I met a nice private investigator and got subpoenaed to show up on Monday.  Anyone else?
