If Ron Paul doesn't win why not bring him to NH.

Elect him Sheriff? I dunno..just a thought.

Didn't he say if the exploratory committee didn't go well he would try to run as governor of NH?

Right now he's 2nd place in NV, ahead of everyone but Romney (who has 1st place locked up by a wide margin).  It is still early, and McCain could still pull ahead, but right now Paul has a narrow lead on McCain.

I tried the whole singing-in-somone-else's-voice bit many many years ago, while singing in a rock-and-roll band. . .  Every song needed a different voice.  I had lots of fun, but it was rather silly.  Toward the end of those years, I started to do my own thing . . .
Then I stopped the whole rock-and-roll bit in favor of raising a family . . . These days I just do just a little bit of my own style of folk music.

BTW, that song, "The Free State Project Blues" was/is intended/written to be played in a FAR MORE bluesy "voice."  Deep, very deep  :'( blue.

I wasn't aware of a peculiar fact until this afternoon: the vote totals from NV today were a non-binding straw poll. The real goal of the caucus is to elect delegates, delegates who will speak on behalf of a candidate of the delegate's own choosing at the county conventions (who then elect state delegates, who then finally elect the final 37 national GOP delegates who will ultimately choose who the NV GOP throws their nomination votes for).

There may be hundreds (or perhaps even thousands?) of people living within any given area (precinct). Of those people, it seems (from my VERY limited exposure) that perhaps a dozen people actually show up at the GOP caucus. Of those people, no one initially volunteered to be a delegate, though at the end of the day, there were five volunteers to fill a total of eight delegate slots. The rest of the GOP caucus-goers filled out their little straw ballot and left. Only the delegates have an official vote for their candidate for the GOP nominee. Romney may have gotten 45% of the straw poll in my precinct, but Ron Paul has at least twenty percent of the delegates; the other delegates didn't pick a single person to voice their support for, so as it pertains to my tiny slice of the political shennanigans, the NV GOP nomination process is far from resolved.

Each State has its own system, a federalized system would be even less liberty.

Source?

I would have to dial up the pressure on the rest of family if that happened.

I think it was at the 2007 NH Liberty Forum.
