As a "native Na Ham'shin'" id like to welcome all the help we can get in promoting liberty and its ideas, after all NH was first to declare Independence from King George and in hindsight we shoulda kept with Ver'mont in securing our own sovereignty as an independent republic, however, NH and its grants ( now Ver'mont) fought with so much determination in expelling tyranny that it was illogical to abandon all it had accomplished. The militias from NH and the Green Mtn. Boys decisively isolated New England from British control and secured the model for the rest of the colonies with its own constitution on Jan 5 1776, months prior to the D.O.I. on July 4.

Now we are in a position to make historical advancements in societal evolution. Some believe that means expanding government, some believe it means expanding corporate influence, some believe its religious revival, some think its intellectual reform. Unfortunately that leaves very few of us scratching our heads in disbelief as we observe what i call IDIOT-CRACY!

The NH gov was know as one of the purest forms of democracy in the world...let alone in the US. But now as the quality of life is increased, more people want a piece of the pie. Many "educated" individuals and groups immigrate here knowing how simple the life style is and in vain attempts to secure his or her political advancements they proceed in tampering with those things we hold dear...private property rights, low tax burden, civil liberties, and most importantly the right to assumes ones own responsibility. I could list every thing but i don't have the time at the moment.

I heard during the primaries all the things that are wrong here, BUT THIS IS MY TAKE

>High forclosure rate and declining realty market...THIS IS THE BEST TIME TO BUY A HOME!

>Healthcare... primary care providers are ourselves live healthy be healthy thus not requiring overpriced drugs and medical bills

>Illegal immigration...this problem is due to the expansion of handout programs and the lack of motivated domestic workers. Small business is the back bone to our economy and the local workers who provide services

>The Environment...NH was once CLEAR CUT and used as toxic waste sites. LOOK AROUND we have made progress as the trees and wilderness do what they have done for millennia, survive. We can use our knowledge to help further improve our tourism economy and make wise decisions for our renewable resources...after all no one likes to sh*t where he sleeps.

>War in Iraq...this war does not mean the end of the world. it is a necessary "evil". think of it as weeding a garden so that crops and desirable plants may flourish. pulling troops out immediately will create more destruction and death and disease and refugees and more hate killing and more pollution and more political upheaval and more threat and more terror and more resentment and more division and more humiliation and more problems than we can predict.

>Economy...we are waiting for the next industry to take off and provide jobs and create personal security.I believe this will be green industries. utilizing new technologies and techniques to help ourselves become less dependant on fossil fuels. Making homes energy efficient with use of solar panels cost effective enough to cover entire roofs and actually contributing back to the grid.with profit. building new autos and transportation domestically so we can give native workers (non union) jobs and hope for their children. These industries are still developmental but very practical and will require resourceful workers and investors to make this a reality!

BORDER ISSUES AND THE MASSHOLE IMMIGATION
By forcing seatbelt and helmet laws, prohibiting smoking at bars and clubs, requiring permits to build work or play are the reasons so many Na' Ham'shins are pissed off. WE had faith in Republicans and they helped get Craig Benson elected. But during the next election cycle, we got thrown to the wolves from Mass, and now the GOP doesn't have to spend campaign money in Little Ol' NH and what for 4 ELECTORAL VOTES? Well now we end up in a state with growing bureaucracy and Media Whores who love this Democratic revival, (now they call it BLUE HAMPSHIRE)!!!!!!! I need not anyone mandating my actions or my livelyhood

FOR THIS IS WHY I MOVED OUT FROM HOME....TO BE A MAN OF MY OWN CONSTITUTION AND NOT A BLIND SLAVE TO MEDIOCRACY!

LIVE FREE OR DIE....DEATH IS NOT THE GREATEST EVIL.

Obviously I am new to this forum but have shared many thoughts as all of you for very long time.
I pride myself as a hard worker and proud familyman, I have the spirit of a peace maker but the will of a warrior. Its good to share ideas without being looked at as a kook no mater how simple but rational these ideas are.

Welcome.

We're doing what we can to reverse the Blue Hampshire trend. I'm an ex-Masshole myself who moved out of that state when RINO Romney passed the universal health care law requiring people to purchase health insurance.

One piece of advice: Don't talk about the war. ;) You'll find very few people here who agree with you on that topic, and since it's so completely irrelevant to local New Hampshire issues, it's best to just put it aside in my opinion. We're strongest by uniting on our commonly held beliefs instead of debating and bickering over those things that divide us.

LET IT BE KNOWN THAT TEAM WORK IS THE STENGTH OF A COMMUNITY AND THAT DIFFERANCE IN OPION VARY, HOWEVER IF YOU WISH TO BRING OTHERS INTO THE FRAY WE MUST DISCUSS WHAT ISOLATES THESE MOVEMENTS FROM THE MAINSTREAM, MANY FAMILIES ARE UNCONDIONALLY PATRIOTIC AND ANTI WAR (RIGHT OR WRONG) MEANS TO MANY NATIVES (IF SPEAKING OF FED. ELECTIONS) ANTI AMERICAN,

I USE THIS FORUM TO DISCUSS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY LEARN I THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE. AND PERHAPS TO AVOID CONFLICT FROM WITHIN SENSITIVITY SHALL BE TAKEN AND WE SHOULD FOCUS ON THE JOB AT HAND BUT I DON'T THINK THAT REFRAINING FROM SHARING IDEAS WILL INHIBIT PROGRESS IN MOVING TOWARD LIBERTY

Now that Ive introduced myself and met you guys (general term both masculine and feminine) I'm looking forward to hanging out here bullshitting about life... but fear no one, our words are just that, abstact thought in a concrete physical world ,and this is only one level which personal communication exist. I shall treat everyone with the respect that I demand be given to me, and with this, Great Friendships may be forged.

thanks

I pry the caps lock key off of all my regular keyboards. I'm not sure if its worth doing on a laptop though.

Realative to the FSP, has there been an influx of new comers with the decline in the housing market or has it hindered people because of financial problems elsewhere, i would be happy to post any real estate info i come up with for any outta stata' wanting to move.

Also, are there any buisness networks set up to promote free buisness. One idea i have is to find doctors who are willing to work out payment arrangements for services, offer free advise ect. it would save hundreds of people $$$ in insurance costs and inflated fees due to malpractice suits and simple GREED.
