How about we move this discussion to  the other thread where it is being discussed:

I've copied this discussion there

I have posted a quasi press release about this to 10 web forums national plus the three other big ones in NH.   Basically just drawing attention to the fact that the counterattacker is a Free Stater.

Also talked it up on Free Talk Live, mentioned that this has drawn attention to the FSP via Fox News, yahoo news and a bunch of other media.

Thanks, Dave!

Sincerely,

The Outlaw "Counterattacker" Manicurist

no mike i wasn't saying I sent your release; I sent a mini-release drawing attention to the fact that Clements is a free stater.  i will probably add your news release to the threads i started however

Ohhh... so I'm counterattacking the counterattacker?   ??? :o

There can be so many families saved by taking Souter's that I see not taking Souters as the greater evil. People can try to stop it if they want, but my conscience will not let me stand idly by while famiies are ripped from their homes, just to protect an aggressor.
I respect your opinion and principles, Mike...... But I have to side with the little guy, not big business and the tyrant.
No thanks.

Now now Jim....arguing the greatest good for the greatest number is what caused this mess.

So what's a po boy to do?
My mind is of two ways.

I am not attacking - I am responding. ?(Must I respond at all? ?I think/feel I must.)
Can I stand with you on one side of the street and then go stand with my other friends (on the other side) for a while? (Can I go back and forth?)
Can I stand on the fence?

Maybe I'll be arressed ?because I can't seem to get out of the middle of the street. ?The middle of the street can be quite unsafe.

I'm standing in the middle right now. ?My flag says "DON"T TREAD ON ME"!

Here's a photo of the Souter abode that was published yesterday in the Nashua Telegraph:

I understand that, Kat. But if you KNEW - Were 100% sure - that somebody was going to commit MILLIONS of violent crimes, not stopping them is just aiding and abetting in the suffering of millions.

Just to compare, look at the satellite photos of Souter's farm someone posted a few days ago, versus the image of the Fort Trumbull neighborhood:

Their pretty little island of green surrounded by a nasty looking construction site. I salute them, because you have to know living there is a nightmare.

The third question, yesterday, on NPR's weekly quiz show - Wait Wait... don't tell me! was:

Question 3

Earlier this week, the Supreme Court ruled that seizing private property to pave the way for private development also falls under the realm of eminent domain law. One entrepreneur immediately applied to the government of a New Hampshire town, asking them to seize a piece of property belonging to whom?

? Answer 3

Justice David Souter
The California entrepreneur swears he's serious, but his application says he'd like to create the Lost Liberty Hotel, with the Just Desserts cafe next door.?
