   After being undefeated in the courts the judge has ruled that I'm insane and is trying to revoke my constitutional right to a trial by a jury of my peers.
   My competency hearing is Feb 1 at 9:00am at the Hillsborough County Superior Court in Manchester.

   There is a reason it is not in the news. I have been labeled as insane. I'm an insane man who is undefeated in the courts for the past 5 years. Read my 8th Motion to Dismiss. It truly is insane but I'm not the one saying it. The man on the tape is worth 100 million. No one is going after him for being Goffstown Police Captain Steckowych's "personal messenger. Why not?? He is talking about serial killings by agents for the state. It does not get any freakier than that.

   I don't know who you are and I never harassed anyone at the NH Liberty forum. However, someone is harassing me by threatening to shoot me dead at the hands of police gunfire, dismember me, cut me up into little pieces and feed me to the fish in the Atlantic Ocean. I have all of this on tape. And I'm the one who is crazy?? If they can do this to me there is no stopping them from making you the next target. Do something now or else it will be too late for you.

There was a guy who quizzed me at the first liberty forum and yelled at me when I didn't answer to his satisfaction that I later told to leave me alone.  I think this same guy was escorted out by armed guys - probably mvpel.  Is this the same guy??

I think he is saying that someone is threatening to hurt him, and if that person can freely threaten him, they can freely threaten you.

Sounds kind of like rambling nonsense to me.

That said, it would only be fair to remind any who might concider trying to harm another that while one person may claim/aim to be a pacifist, there is no guaranty that they will be able to stick to that - under extreme threat.
It would seem wise to also consider that many who love, respect, and care to keep their pacifist friends around may not (yet) (themselves) be pacifists.

Trying to harm pacifists can be the beginning of a VERY BAD day.

Not to mention the bad karma.

   Kat, why would somebody want to hurt you or any of us?  Never the less, be carefull, this place can attract crazies.  If you are threatened, any of us, post it immediately, we don't need some buttplug assaulting any of us.

I can't tell.  If it's the guy who was escorted out, it was the same guy.  Varrin was standing there when he accosted me the second time - he looked shocked when I told the guy to leave me alone in no uncertain terms.  I must have yelled at him a bit.  He was a total dickwad to me for no reason.

What an ass!  I hope everything will be okay.         I know this happened to you at some kind of event because you said so but it is creepy that some weirdo could be reading the forum too.  A lot of times I just feel like it is all of us who kind of know each other and it makes me feel safe.  I don't think about "strangers" being here.

I was there when he was refusing to leave Kat alone.  He was the same guy mvpel had to escort out of Joe McQuaid's talk.  Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you, but this guy's social manners need a bit of work.  I don't think he was threatening you Kat.

I have to agree that based on the literal statement in the email, he's not threatening you, he's warning you that others might—but since the guy sounds a bit crazy, that might not mean much. If all this other persecution he's claiming is all in his head, so might be the "they" he claims is out to get you.
