Early movers expecting a baby soon and need advice please.

The local hospital, Lakes Region General, is private with some government support as it is required by law not to refuse medically necessary service. If one choses to have a child birthed there they will be given the necessary paperwork to apply for SSN and birth certificate filing. Some opt for, others refuse. I would guess the largest problem being the options are not explained.
