They're at it again...will Democrat legislators pass a bill that restricts some citizens from receiving payday loans? Will they risk sixty businesses, casting their employees into the unemployment queue? And worst of all...will they do it with partial Republican complicity? Note that GOP Senator Letourneau is a co-sponsor of this recession-enhancement abomination.  I didn't find him to ask, but did find Senator D'Allesandro and asked him on camera if he will vote to destroy these people's jobs.

You are a complete fucking idiot crying about all the jobs lost over such legislation and the dignity of the people that need such a loan.  Did you ever think that some of these people need a loan to pay the rent,heat,food,electricity, gas etc........... for their families?  And what do they get in return? 50, 75, 100, 150% interest?  Do you know who finances these "payday loan" operations?  Fuck dude, capping these "payday" interest rates will help people that need it and restrict the ability of those with unlimited income from taking advantage of people who have no other choice.

Stupid question first of all, but I'll indulge you.  Remember when IVY was strapped for cash and was doing just about everything she could to make ends meet?  Well fortunately for her she had friends that helped her out and that was awesome because she is a great girt who certainly deserves it.  Now lets say for instance a young mother has no other choice but a payday loan to heat her home and feed her child/children, is it then "foolish" of her to take the only option she has available to ensure the survival of herself and her family?  Face it, these payday loan offices make their money off the desperate and while I am fine with the fact they have a right to do business I completely agree with the idea that their shark rates be limited.
