Well, that's some fucked up censorship right there.

I felt my heart sink a little bit when I heard the news.  I had visited that site a few
times, and they did not give opinions, they simply provided documents so the reader could
formulate their own opinions.  I think it has little to do with the Swiss bank, and more to do
with pressure from DHS after the Dept of Agriculture posted an internal DHS report
by accident, as well as their documents on detention at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The site is still accessible, but can be reached only through international servers (http://wikileaks.co.uk/, http://wikileaks.org.au/, http://wikileaks.be/, http://wikileaks.cx/, http://wikileaks.de/, http://wikileaks.es/, http://wikileaks.org.nz/, http://wikileaks.in/) or by skipping DNS look-up altogether (http://88.80.13.160/).

I think what we have here, is a judge who doesn't know how the innerweb tubes work.

Watching gooferment (I like that term!) officials fail to comprehend changing technology while issuing related edicts would make for some fantastic comedy, if only they didn't have so many mean men with lots of guns (and tanks, and clueless supporting populace, etc.) behind them...
