Someone needs our help.

When I was in jail, I met a man named Joshua Knight.  He's trying to get a driver's license in NH, but there are two warrants for his arrest in California, so he cannot get his California license back, and NH will not give him a license here unless he turns in his license from California.     Or at least he needs the info from his previous CA license, but he does not have it.

Does anyone know a good lawyer in California that could help out with this?
