Dave.....

Done.? When I get there we can talk about this as it is 99% likely I will end up in Merrimack County somewhere.
However I want Pat or Kat with a shotgun!

Super, I'll touch base with you when you get in!

Understand Kat is a quite handly with a shotgun, and well Pat....just think beer! ;D

What time is this happening on the 14th?  Where are you meeting?

Brian's note re first pickup:

Greetings porcupines,

Sunday the 14th is the date of our first highway clean-up of the year.  Assuming
the weather is nice, we'll be gathering at 8am on the section of highway we've
adopted, so set your alarm clocks.

I will supply water, reflective vests, trash bags, and a state mandated safety
talk (hint: don't run blindly into traffic).  I've scouted the section of
highway
and it looks pretty clean already, so we should have an easy time.  I hope you
all can still make it.

We adopted the section of Rt. 4 in Durham/Lee between the intersections of Rt. 4
& Rt. 155 and Rt. 4 & Rt. 155A.  That's 1.3 miles starting at the UNH barns and
ending well before the Lee traffic circle.
You can contact me for specific directions or look it up on mapquest.

Please pass this info on to anyone who's e-mail address I don't have, or anyone
who might want to help.  The more people we have, the quicker it'll go.

Please reply to this e-mail if you're coming.

Thank you,
Brian Pellerin

Oops, what's the group who's doing it?  NHLA, Seacoast Porcs, or both?

This will be a NHLA (Civic Action) project.  Given that it is in the Seacoast Region, believe it
only natural that the Seacoast Porcs spearhead this effort.  Of course all are welcome to help.
Believe Carol and Dan from Manchester will be coming over to help Sunday.

Believe this is an excellent opportunity to get our name out there, and also show that we are
not just a political organization.

Kat Kanning

Cool.  I was just mystified because I couldn't find any info about it on the NHLA site.

Lloyd Danforth

How will I ever know what shirt to wear?  ???

Kat Kanning

It'd be covered up by the safety vest anyway.

That sure is a nice, new road in the background.
I wonder how much money the jack booted thugs had to steal to build that  ???

Kat Kanning

I understand it's paid for by the gas tax for the most part.  At least it's somewhat of a pay for what you use tax.

president

Not when I am mowing my lawn  >:(
Taxation is armed robbery.

Is that just for state roads?
