I found out Friday that my divorce was final on Tuesday.

My heart goes out to you and Eli.    
I wish there was something that could help. 

I understand how awful you must feel.
I hate the loneliness I'm feeling right now.
I don't want to be home.  I've been avoiding being at the house as much as possible. 
Even though I what happened wasn't my fault I still feel like I failed.  I still haven't told my family yet.  My sister is the only one who knows.

I'm sitting here not working on the project I have going.
I'm avoiding trying to figure out what to do with myself as a single person.  The whole world is an option to me and I have no idea what I should do.  I'm so afraid of making huge mistakes right now since I'm emotionally still all over the place.

I'm really starting to feel better.  I'm not 100% yet but I'm getting there. 
Now I have to get up the nerve to tell my old friends in VA and my family.  My sister is the only one that knows right now.

my "ex" wife... wow, that just really sounds weird to me. I mean, I know it is what it is. I just never thought I'd hear it in that context (relating to me).

The kids will be ok. They are not happy, but they'll be ok.

Last night at Taproom was a good pick-me-up though. I really need to get out more. I'll see about making it to Social Sunday.
