Kat adopted a stretch of Rt. 101 just east of Peterboro center for voluntary clean up almost two years ago.
4 years ago ... she reupped once ... someone else could do it before the fall anniversary

they took away my Keene Free Press sign since I hadn't given them any paperwork

Fun on the chain gang tomorrow...don't miss out :)

Friday

It looks like a lovely day to scrape up roadkill; I'll be there.    :sunny:

In keeping with the chaingang theme, I'm wearing my Dickie's jumpsuit, which was also used as my Firefly-themed Halloween costume at Kevin's house the year before last, so please... no comments on the hearts and teddybears.  ;)

I was hoping my economical diesel would be ready today.  We got the headgasket on and buttoned it up, but couldn't get it to deliver any fuel. I guess I'll pass on the pick up instead of burning a bunch of gas in the van, and work on the VW. Have a good time!

Damn I missed watching Sandy bend over in a jump suit,
to pick up stuff.

Some times life is cruel.

Would you like fries on that salt, sir?

Lloyd Danforth

Wow!  Thats hitting a guy on a low carb diet below the belt!

Kat Kanning

Yeah, you missed it PatK....Sandy looking hot in the jumpsuit, and we all started at the top of the hill and walked down, no hiking up the mountain!

I don't get this. Is it a west coast thing?

No, it's just a "little guy inside my brain" running amok thing.  I couldn't possibly describe the exact chain of electrical impulses coursing between damaged synapses to explain exactly how I got from A to B, but it went something like this:

* You made a very "salty" remark.
* Fries are good when salted.
* You already have "salt", therefore you need fries.
* Courteously (sarcastically) asked if you would like fries with your salt, kind of along the lines of Weinerschnitzel (track 8 here: http://www.amazon.com/Somery-Descendents/dp/B000000M65/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1211238896&sr=1-3 )

It's funny if you're me.  Or possibly Tunga. :dontknow:

Pat K

Ah now I see. I am glad it was not a west coast term
for=Death to the fat man.

My humble apologies if I was to salty.
